Rom started his career in property — not in construction. As a lettings negotiator in Canary Wharf, he spent years on the other side of the phone: chasing contractors, apologising to landlords, and explaining delays to tenants that were never his fault.

He knew there was a better way. So in 2018 he founded Tom Harvey Contractors — built from the ground up around how letting agents actually work. Fast communication, transparent pricing, and a team that understands the pressure you're under because we've been there ourselves.
